With more than 30 years in design and publishing, I am inspired by the uncommon beauty found every day in the world.
I began my career at National Geographic where I gained first hand exposure to excellence, collaboration and commitment. As the co-founder and creative director of Walter, an award-winning, Raleigh-based arts and culture magazine, I developed the overall look and feel of the publication, designed every editorial page each month while regularly writing and producing stories about homes and personal style. Authenticity and wonder continue to shape my work today as a creative director, graphic designer, interior designer, writer, and stylist. It’s a privilege to help clients discover their voice, whether working with a homeowner on interiors or an entrepreneur or company on its brand. The throughline is my belief in the essential qualities of design and storytelling to inspire and connect.
